Participants will work together to form an outline for their own company’s crisis plan utilizing Crisis Interception’s proprietary Crisis Planning Guidebook to jumpstart the planning process. This includes identifying the crisis team, envisioning and discussing worst-case scenarios, and preparing holding statements for simulated crisis situations.
